Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information

These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.zimmer-softclose.shop.

We ship our products worldwide.

The shipping costs are subject to statutory VAT in addition.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

• Standard shipping: approximately 4–5 business days

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping within Germany: €4.90 – delivery time approximately 4–5 business days

• Shipping within the European Union: €12.90 – delivery time approximately 4–5 business days

• International shipping: €29.90

For orders containing products with a running track (sliding rail), an additional bulky goods surcharge of €49.00 will apply.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at softclose@zimmer-group.com, providing photos of the damage (if applicable) and your shipment tracking number.

We will investigate the matter together with the shipping carrier and inform you of the next steps as soon as possible.

5. Returns

(1) After exercising your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned or handed over to Zimmer GmbH Daempfungssysteme without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

(2) If you wish to return goods due to a defect, please contact us in advance at softclose@zimmer-group.com to register your return before sending the goods back.
